Privacy policy
Last updated June 2026.
Skinparse (“we”) helps you explore skincare routines and ingredients. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the product, and we do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Routine inputs you provide — skin type, conditions you flag, and the routine steps you build. These are used to tailor what we surface and are not tied to your real-world identity.
- Anonymous feedback — if you rate a routine, we store the outcome to improve recommendations in aggregate.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and to keep the service running.
What we do not collect
We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, address, or payment details. Purchases happen entirely on the retailer’s site (e.g. Amazon) — we never see your payment information.
Affiliate links and third parties
Some buy links are Amazon affiliate links. When you click one, Amazon may set its own cookies and process your activity under Amazon’s privacy notice. See our affiliate disclosure for details. Our data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase), who process it on our behalf.
Your choices
Because we don’t hold an account for you, there’s nothing tied to your identity to delete. You can clear routine inputs anytime by clearing them in the app or your browser storage. If we add saved accounts in the future, this policy will be updated with deletion controls.
Not medical advice
Skinparse is informational only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Conditions are self-declared and never diagnosed by this app. Consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
